This is distinct from multi-profile support (different viewing preferences per person) and cross-device sync (progress following you from device to device), though Ultra 8K supports all three. How Watch Progress Syncs Across Devices

Every time you pause, stop, or complete content on Ultra 8K, the playback position is saved to your account in real time. When you open the app on any other device, the 'Continue Watching' shelf shows your exact position in every piece of in-progress content. Tap to continue and the player jumps to your pause point instantly.

This sync works across platforms: pause on iPhone, continue on Smart TV. Stop watching on your tablet mid-episode, and your laptop shows exactly where you left off. The sync also covers watchlists — add something to your list on TV and it appears on your phone. This creates a genuinely coherent experience across all devices, not a fragmented one where each device has its own disconnected history.

Setting Up All Your Devices

The process is the same across all platforms: download the app from the relevant store, sign in with the same account credentials, and the device is ready. No additional configuration, no per-device activation, no separate login codes. All your preferences, watchlists, and progress are available immediately.

Tips for the Best Multi-Device Experience

Use separate profiles for each household member to keep watchlists and recommendations independent. Profile switching is available from the home screen of the app on all devices.

If you're switching mid-episode between devices, the resume prompt appears automatically — just tap 'Continue' to pick up from your exact position. If you want to start from the beginning on a new device, tap 'Play from Start' instead.
