Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Ultra 8K. They explain your rights, obligations, and the basis on which we provide our streaming service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using Ultra 8K — our website, applications, and streaming service (collectively the 'Service') — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and subscribe. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account Security
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to protect your login credentials.
One Account Per Person
Each subscription is personal and may not be shared commercially. Multi-device access is permitted within a single household under the same subscription.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
Plans
Ultra 8K offers prepaid subscription plans of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. Plan prices are displayed in EUR and inclusive of any applicable taxes at checkout.
No Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder before your plan expires. A new plan requires explicit action on your part.
Upgrades
You may upgrade to a longer plan at any time. The remaining value of your current plan carries over, and you pay only the difference.
Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support within 14 days of purchase.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Content & Acceptable Use
Licensed Content
All content available on Ultra 8K is licensed for personal, non-commercial, private viewing only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, or make available any content outside the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: circumvent any access controls or copy-protection mechanisms; use automated tools to access the Service; reverse-engineer any part of the platform; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Content Availability
Content libraries may change over time. We do not guarantee the availability of specific titles and reserve the right to add or remove content without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Ultra 8K name, logo, interface design, software, and all content provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Ultra 8K and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
6. Termination
By You
You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Active plans remain accessible until the end of the prepaid period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Service. Where feasible we will give prior notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Planned and unplanned maintenance may affect access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra 8K is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ultra 8K is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our registered jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
Updates
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
